Corners for a Make it Yourself Metal fram NO WELDING

You will receive a set of 4 custom injection molded corner inserts to make a metal frames from 1/2" x 1/2" metal tubing.

This is a DIY Frame kit. You cut your own metal to size to fit your project. Then simply hammer tap the Molded fittings to the holes on the end of the tubing. The corner fittings have a press fit so there is no gluing or screws required. There will be a small amount of plastic shavings cleanup at the edge of the corner fitting. A simple single razor blade will smooth away the shavings. 

We use these for our metal frames on sluice boxes as you can see in the picture.  This is so you don't have to weld the corners together. We powder coat out metal tubes before finishing. You can paint them also. Below is the proper metal tubing available at most metal sellers or places like Home Depot or Lowe's.
